1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Przemek Dmochowski PPC Consulting provides pay-per-click (PPC) advertising management services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads campaign management
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) management
  • Multi-platform PPC campaign optimization
  • Analytics and reporting services
  • Consultation and strategy development

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees (monthly or quarterly) are billed in advance.

A management fee of 5% of total ad spend is billed monthly in arrears.

All fees are non-refundable once billed.

Late payments may result in service suspension until resolved.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to advertising accounts and analytics
  • Maintain adequate funding in advertising accounts
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

5. Service Level Commitment

I commit to:

  • Begin campaign setup within 24–48 business hours of receiving account access
  • Provide reporting as specified in your selected plan
  • Respond to inquiries within the timeframes specified in your plan
  • Maintain professional standards in all communications

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time, without penalty.

Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Any outstanding 5% ad spend fees will be billed at the end of the cycle.

No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.

Upon cancellation, access to advertising accounts is transferred back to the client, and a final report is delivered within 7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at the total service fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Performance Disclaimer

While we apply proven strategies and expertise, we do not guarantee specific campaign results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control (market dynamics, client website, product demand, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property

All strategies, methodologies, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Przemek Dmochowski PPC Consulting.

Campaign data and results belong to the client.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business data, and campaign performance. This obligation survives termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Disputes will first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or arbitration. If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clients at least 14 days before enforcement. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
